Overpriced, this shop breaks more then they fix. 0 stars, actually. Sorry, its the truth. Which needs to be recognized.

We had an issue with our truck while on vacation, and they were kind enough to fit us in same day for an appointment, and then helped with a temporary fix to get us safely home, and didn’t charge us anything! Wish we lived close by so we could use them all the time!

Unacceptable outcome with fixing issues. They treat cars like big pharma- fix one thing while breaking another. This place needs to be avoided albeit they are slick talkers. Google brain syndrome is rampant along with inflated abilities in today's society. Blah blah blah I wont be politically correct as that is fake also. Recommendation: stop pretending you are above your pay grade and work for a business instead of ruining people's cars when you dont pay attention or know what you are fixing. Enough is enough.

This place is in over its head in ability and or skill. We brought in our car for brakes, it ended up being 3k- and then they broke something else- literally the next time we drove the car it broke down and we needed a 500$ tow, along with them "fixing" the issue.. ok.. next time we drove the car it broke down at Walmart in grand rapids , we managed to get it jumped. We tested the battery thinking it was low but car started fine, so went (the very next time we drove to the dollar store) and upon leaving the car was broken down The starter went out- ok we get it. But the AC and fans blew Cold awesome air Fast forward to picking the car up for starter fix- immediately went back inside to speak with gene, the ac and fan didnt blow. These guys mess up so much we are filing a BBB complaint and potentially calling the cops. We are not going to be Gaslit by people who destroy things they are supposed to fix. These people take advantage as they are one of the only shops around and the communicate (which is image related and fake as our car is broken and Gemma wants to say they dont do electrical. Yeah you dont do hard things or want to work , we get it but you broke our car too many times and we have had enough) BEWARE and document everything as you never know when Hacks will strike. Ugh!

Highly recommend!! An understatement. Not my first visit, always the same automotive care with techs who care and enjoy doing what they do. They are economical and help you to make the best bang for your hard earned money. They realize and get that vehicles are not cheap to purchase, but maintain as well. Replaced my rear truck shocks today. Most shops would have up saled to a more expensive alternative, but because my truck is 13 years old, I was able to get a good quality monroe shock. After the install, they reduced the labor estimate because it did not take as long as estimated. The shocks were not overly priced comparing to prices found elsewhere. Very happy. Very honest, concerned and helpful with any questions. Worth a call before going elsewhere. 5 stars plus....

I was having problems fueling my Ram at the pump. I tried a couple of things on my own. Then Ian at Itasca Automotive took the time to research and troubleshoot the issue WITHOUT just slapping parts on the truck. Bottom line - it was repaired without new parts!
